I would like to say being one of the harshest critics on the former Principal Ramo's, to a huge admirer of of present administration and everyone's effort to get BA back in good standings. Cynthia Goodsell, current BA Principal is faced with as are all principals, with many decisions each day and in order for that principal to perform well, he/she has to be almost 97 percent accurate with decisions sometimes outnumbering over 100 choices each day. A good principal also does not have the luxury of thwarting off bed decisions on others within the campus, so give your local principal some support during these trying times.

Who knew that the Superintendent of Dallas schools and his wife just recently divorced? Very smart of her. Now he and the former principal of BA don't have to sneak around or pretend when at district functions. He can't even keep his own home together, let alone a school district. Maybe her clown promotion is a part of her new vows.
[Ed Note: I think you have your "facts" wrong. Not that it is any of our business, but he was divorced in 1981. He and the former principal have never dated, and have no intention of dating, regardless of what gossip you may have heard to the contrary.
Many people get divorced and still manage to be competent. This site isn't about who is dating who. I almost didn't post this comment, but I know these rumors are going around.

I guess it wouldn't bother me so much if the district didn't depose me and ask about my divorce in 1985, while the B&G wench was giddy about her husband having doubts of him being the father to her kid all because I expect FAPE for my Honkey Autie Retard(who happens to read before graduating pre school) but of course he is the reason the Hispanic kids fail the TAKS, according to the principal who denied him his right to service.
I just know how divorce WILL HINDER job performance... not that it matters, I know.

His Second Marriage
You are correct to a certain extent,I guess when you are a public figure, your personal affairs become news. Hinojosa has been married twice, just recently divorced from his second wife who he had in tow when he accepted the job for superintendent of Dallas. It may not be fair but with all the negative heat he has against him for reasons already known it just happens. DISD will bounce back.

Indeed... I too am sorry to hear, but they said sorry to me in that meeting yesterday. sorry I have a partial judgement and they got busted. They still hate Jewish Auties, and chase out the whites with their insensitive cold hearted malicious legal antics. You know our school now has no assistant principal, but they will pay Bracewell & Giuliani big bucks to defend the lies and document falsification. After all, what did the AP do but help the kids get along well... oh and get them regognized or was that the good eraser skills?

There is a heart to break, or not..... I ask who judged the criteria, and how was the data collected. Did you ask the supervisor or clients of the "friends"?
I think the double standard is what upsets me. I wonder if competent is the same as being the best you can be. The taxpayers deserve the best for the most highly paid, in my opinion. All I know I have been jipped and cheated and enough is enough. He can not feel bad dipping his stick all over the place, and it is not my concern, but the double standard of ethics and relevence to do the best job possible for the citizens, is the issue.

I overheard Cynthia Goodsell EX-principle of Bryan Adams discussing her plans at a Bryan Adams banquet. which was to: "recruit more white students to raised her test scores"then laugh and snicker about it.How can a two-faced racists like this get a promotion and a multiracial district like DALLAS I.S.D.This was a blatant slap in the face to the Hispanic and African-American students and Asian.The majority of Bryan Adams students. Is that not the students she's supposed to be helping?
Just because she dated Hispanic does not mean she not a institutional racist.Sensitivity training would be too good for her.Anybody else the district would be fired for this kind of statements.
Wonder why her school has unacceptable rating, most of us are glad to see her go.

Bryan Adams
After 10 yrs in the district and working for 7 principals, Ms. Goodsell is the best I have worked for. She has done nothing but put the children first. If she steps on toes to do this then let it be so. She has done many good things and is a very smart human being. I have respect for her and know that she has very high expectations of her staff as well as the students. She also makes sure that we have the all the tools needed to preform at a higher standard. Many good things are happing at Bryan Adams and you can not take away from this. With her Bryan Adams comes first.
