What is striking is that Angie's Cerda claims not to know about her "excessive amount of overtime". What strikes me is that as an executive secreatary she should have
known better, or she should have read DISD overtime guidelines. I know, she saw an opportunity to make a quick buck and you know the rest.

Heck, she never even had to move one finger to go pick up supplies for her sites at the ABE office. All she had to do was call poor Jesse to dilever them front door service at the administration building.

Allen you should investigate this executive secretary's pay around $60,000 does not even have a degree, she can bearly speak English, can not compose an email, is always on the prowl for high paying executives.

While working for ABE she did nothing but sit down and flirt with all of the male students.

So is she in or out of DISD? Is she still on leave or what?

For those that really know Conchis, this is and shouldn't be a surprise. This is what Conchis does everywhere she goes. Ask anyone that has worked for her. Since opening Eladio Martinez Learning Center. Yes, Conchis is always bragging about who she know, I guess this time it really didn't matter. Conchis it finally caught up with you. You have been vicious and vindictive and have destroyed many careers with your lies. Conchis, it is time for you to go back to your beloved country, Mexico, maybe you can open an English Academy over there where you can call everyone a pendejo and cabrones.

How sad that Conchis is so disrespectful of her colleagues and employees. What a shame that she is such a bully. We have such wonderful diversity of talent, experience, culture, etc., in our district; I pity her for being unable to rejoice in it! How uncomfortable and awful to be subjected to her appalling lack of manners & class.

If you say you don't want a corrupt DISD, what you are really doing is thinking that DISD is corrupt. And so... you believe it is corrupt.

That's how the human mind works. If you keep looking for bad things to happen you will find that all you see are bad things.

What would be better is to say that DISD will get it's fiscal house in order.

When you put your mind to it. Take action to make it so and you know what? Eventually DISD will have it's finances in order.

Looking for trouble will put you smack dab in the middle of it.

I'd rather look for good things and find them myself among the best and brightest of Dallas.

The only thing that surprises me is that report itself.

After having worked at DISD, I can completely understand Ms. Silva's need to cuss. To be surrounded by a bunch of incompetent employees in the administration whose only worry is when and how long they get to go on break or did I get time for my full hour of lunch! Everything within DISD is based on what color you are: Are you black? Are you Hispanic? Are you white? Perhaps not all the time, but when push comes to shove it certainly is.

I question why Freddie Jackson is always around to "testify" that others have done wrong. Let he who is without sin, as the saying goes, cast the first stone.

Let me make it clear that I do not know, nor do I remember ever meeting, Ms. Silva. However, I find that your Web site is shameful in publishing an internal document that seeks to ruin Ms. Silva. Do you know her? Do you know the "poor" employees who feel they were so mistreated? Maybe these same employees should try to get a job in the "real world" and learn what work and competence is truly all about. Maybe DISD should get rid of the entrenched whiners.

So she cussed when frustrated and overwhelmed. Big deal (not). Let the poor woman alone and stop using your pitiful Web site to demonize her and ruin her career. This is akin to how teenagers and children use the Internet to bully their friends with whom they have argued. So what does that make you?

She is most likely guilty of making the lazy employees in DISD's administration actually do some work and stop watching their watches waiting for their next break.

[Ed Note: You know, I would be inclined to be more sympathetic if multiple departments and multiple investigators hadn't found wrongdoing in multiple areas. One slip-up, and perhaps I might agree that she's getting the short end of the stick. However, there's much more than one slip-up here. There's abuse of employees, taxpayer resources, and the list goes on. There are also things about Silva that we didn't publish (and probably should have). I'm sorry you disagree, but it's newsworthy.

Also, please keep in mind that Silva is free to write a rebuttal to OPR's report. We'll gladly publish it.]

Maybe if they fire Conchis she wont be able to harass anyone else because thanks to you we all know the truth about this woman and everyone else will to. Muchas gracias senor.
