The Resume of Principal Susan Walker
Sometimes we wonder why we celebrate when DISD rises from being in the top 99% of its class to the top 90% (translation: makes it from the bottom 1% to the bottom 10%). After all, wasn't DISD supposed to be "the best urban school district in America by 2010?"
In 2008, we ran a story questioning exactly what DISD's Office of Professional Responsibility did for the District--and who they did it for.
Perhaps it's also somewhat ironic that OPR Chief Don Smith, who publishes his office's newsletter Integrity Insights wrote a warning to District staff in April:
The altering or falsification of any school record is addressed not only in Dallas ISD policies, but also in the State of Texas Penal Code which outlines the criminal charges relating to falsified school records.
Enter OPR Case Number 8171 and the investigation of Bryan Adams High School Principal Susan Yarbrough Walker.
DISD parent Sheri Beach is not one to be trifled with. She is tenacious and has learned, through the years, how to pry information out of DISD--even some of the things they don't want her to know about.
So last Spring when Beach began discovering irregularities in the resume Walker submitted when she applied for the principal's spot at the now academically unacceptable high school, Beach started prying. Eventually Beach started writing letters and sending emails.
Before anyone could say "cheating on a standardized test" (yeah, I know, cheap shot) the matter ended up in the hands of OPR's Rex Stewart, Inspector.
Things began unfolding. To quote the report:
This investigation was initiated from a letter dated May 31, 2010 that was sent to Superintendent Hinojosa from Sheri Beach, parent of a student at Bryan Adams High School. Mrs. Beach also sent an email on June 14, 2010 with similar allegations to the Superintendent, other school executives, a school board trustee, members of the local press, a member of the local teacher's union and others.
Walker's resume, in multiple places, claimed she started with DISD in 1996 after a 2-year stint managing The Crooked Path Ale House across the street from Texas A&M in College Station.
Walker's first years teaching appeared to be wildly successful. Walker, according to Walker, was nominated twice for Teacher of the Year in 1997 and again in 1999.
The OPR investigation would find, however, that Walker started at the District in January, 1998, with an "Emergency Certificate"--two years after she said she started teaching in DISD.
Texas Education Agency records show Walker received her probationary teaching certificate in September, 1999 and her standard certificate a year later.
Walker boasted five years as a secondary campus administrator--though her resume showed the only secondary school administrative experience she had was 2 years at W.T. White and one year at Marsh Middle School.
Beach, among other things, alleged that Walker failed to disclose her mother's employment with the District during the interview process. Beach also claimed that Walker was getting to work late and leaving early.
OPR would eventually confirm violations of District policy in both of these claims.
Stewart then asked for Walker's side of the story and that's when the OPR report started getting weird.
There's a humorous "doctrine" that circulates throughout the military, intelligence and even the corporate world known as the "Rules of Engagement". It jokingly calls for the target of an investigation to "deny, deny, deny, deny, counter-accuse!"
Walker's take on things: Beach is simply the antichrist.
"Taken collectively and progressively," Walker states in the report, "over the 2009/2010 school year, I am beginning to consider her (Beach) actions as harassing, slanderous, and sometimes threatening in nature."
OPR's report spends 2 1/2 pages on 19 bullet-pointed allegations made by Walker against Beach.
Walker complains about repetitive phone calls and text messages from Beach; Beach disrupting classes; Beach defaming Walker to parents; Beach harassing students; Beach loitering in the front office; Beach following her home late at night.
Walker details times she saw Beach parked in her car or driving through the parking lots on nights when Beach, according to Walker, had no business being there.
"Many nights the custodians walked me to my car after dark," Walker continues in the report, "because it was common knowledge that Mrs. Beach might be in the parking lot to follow me or corner me in the parking lot."
From the sound of the report, it appeared to us that Walker was genuinely concerned for her safety.
So we asked DISD for the police reports (or any other incident report or document filed by Walker) before the OPR investigation started.
The result: nothing.
"The Dallas ISD does not have a police report on Ms. Beach," was the official reply from the District.
After 2 1/2 pages and 19 bullet points of accusations against Beach, listed in OPR's report, there is no record of Walker ever complaining about or calling the police on Beach. There's no record of parents or teachers complaining. There is no record that Walker ever complained to her superiors.
The OPR report, as well, had nothing to say about the validity of Walker's charges.
What does Beach have to say about all of this?
She's taking no chances about being accused of anything by Walker again in the future. "I'm certainly not going to be alone around [Walker]," Beach said.
The OPR report did find that Walker violated DISD policy. It concluded that Walker:
- Failed to disclose her family relationship to a current District employee with her application for the principal's position at Bryan Adams High School.
- Invited masseuses to Bryan Adams High School without proper authorization and allowed the masseuse to offer information about their services and opportunity for employees to purchase massage services at and on the school facility.
- Improperly changed her reporting time to the school campus to less than 30 minutes before the first bell that allowed students into the building on normal school days.
As far as the two years Walker claimed she worked at the District before she was hired? It was all a big mistake.
"After review of my resume for the principal's position at Bryan Adams High School," Walker writes, "I have become aware of inadvertent mistakes in the beginning dates relating to my work experience in the Dallas ISD."
Indeed, OPR dismissed it too:
The evidence disclosed that there were inaccuracies in the dates on WALKER'S resume relating to her positions within the Dallas ISD. The inaccuracies were not material and would not have disqualified WALKER from applying for the principal's position.
We asked DISD if this is an official endorsement of applicants making "immaterial" inaccurate claims on their resumes. We'll let you know if they respond.
All of this leads us to conclude that there are some things that are just more important than accuracy on DISD candidates' resumes.
It's the little things, though, that pique our curiosity.
For instance we just wonder what Walker did in the gap between barmaid and principal-bound DISD teacher that didn't make it into the, now, 2-year hole in her resume! Maybe someone can find out for us.
Then, again, maybe it's not really that "material".
[Ed Note: We gave Walker and DISD Spokesman Jon Dahlander numerous opportunities to respond to this story. Both, so far, have declined to comment.]

Walker
I do not know the woman or the parent, but I have read all comments. Some students, parents and staff like her...some do not. Yes, she is young and inexperienced, however, she did help raise TAKS scores (she did something right). Yes, she did break the law on her Resume and may have added fluff. Now, she has been moved to an elementary school, yea! If she is smart, and I feel she may be, she will let the teachers, staff and students teach her how to be a successful principal. She has a very difficult job. She is going to a school, that has suffered through the principal from.... and was inexperienced also. Morale is low and the atmosphere is one of distrust and problems. Is she up to fixing the problems? I don't know, but I hope so. She needs to be supported, just as she needs to support the teachers and staff. She needs not to give up or feel threathened by all this mess; she needs to remember that the teachers take care of the students and expect her to take care of them. I think she can so it. I think this because of what I have read this morning. Good luck Ms. Walker!
[Ed Note: Yes, this will certainly be a test of her character. It will be interesting to hear what parents and teachers think of her in her new position after she's had a few months to get in the groove.]
What's Going on at Tom W. Field
I have read lots of information on this post about the principal at Bryan Adams. What about the principal at Tom W. Field elementary? How many employees left during the buy-out and just after? How many more have left to date? The employess lost the use of the teacher's restroom in the teacher's lounge because it became a conference room for the PRINCIPAL the first semester. Can you imagine a professional having to go to the office and request a key to use the ladies'(or men's) room. If a teacher complained to her then supervisor at the Northwest Learning Community, they were often reprimanded or faced worse retalliation later.
What is really upsetting and probably very illegal are the constant changes in teacher assignments within the school year. A teacher might be teaching one grade and subject for 6 weeks, then moved to help tutor a TAKS grade and subject. Yet, that teacher might remain as the teacher of record for the students the teacher is not teaching. How are grades determined? How are CEI's determined.
Well, whatever she is doing must be working. The school dropped from recognized to acceptable her first year. Well, she had all those weak people there her first year. The next year they were ranked exemplary. I assume the same results were achieved this year but don't really know or care. With all the extra help the school was given and teacher reassignments to tutor in the upper grades, the school should be exemplary.
Well, I guess it takes complaints to the OPR office to start an investigation. I hear they are anonymous as teachers fear her wrath. Maybe Dallas.org can get the details of the investigation. And if they are very lucky, the community well get a new principal.
Principal Changes
Anybody have updates on some of the other principal changes? I hear Rawly Sanchez may be headed to Carter.
Having 3 teenage kids I've
Having 3 teenage kids I've met a lot of great teachers over the years, I can now say I know a great principal and her name is Susan Walker. Being a new parent not only to Bryan Adams but the state of Texas I was unsure what to expect from DISD other than what I've heard which was not favorable. My son plays baseball for BA and while I was watching a game at the school I had a chance to sit by and hear first hand what I could expect. Susan Walker attended the game and I heard her excitement as she talked about being proud of the kids in athletics, I heard determination about the future plans she has to improve school programs and overall morale. The most important thing to me as a parent that I heard was the scencerity of what she was saying. Her thoughtfulness, care, pride and school spirit rang true and let me know for sure what type of person she is and the vision she has to create an atmosphere where students feel empowered to be active, sucessful participants in their education. I can now add my own 2 cents when DISD comes up in conversation and Susan Walker is the reason why I would be defending the district and the school. You can search high and low and will never find the all time perfect person to always say and do the right thing all the time as well as please everyone on top of it, just isn't possible, no one can live up to those standards. What we can and do have is someone with enough heart, who cares about our kids and is willing to take on the task of turning BA around. I say back off and let her do her job!
Chris Lyle let go from OPR
Well, it seems the ex of Yvonne Gonzales, Chris Lyle has finally met his waterloo and is being released from the District in the last round of cuts. You know how bad he must have been when others in the department with much less seniority were allowed to stay.
Enjoy your time off Chris. Now you will have time to sit and ponder about all the lives you tried to ruin with your worthless investigations and little mousy interrogations. Don't think you're gonna be a big commodity that employers are looking for Chris.
Ms Unprofessional Walker
I am a former employee of DISD and I must say that I do miss my students and staff family from there... I had the worst experience working with Ms. Susan Walker or as the kids refer to her Bret Micheals!! I was given below expectaion on my PDAS for the school year of 2010 in which the year before that I was profiecient. This year I am at a totally different school and district and again my PDAS is profiecient :o) How is that ugggghhhh I don't know. Ms Walker told me that I didn't connect the learning to my students and that my teaching stragties were horrible. She is very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. She walks around the school with her head held high and her nose down on others as if she doing a good job when in actuallity she like a tick on a dog. She's depriving those teachers of their jobs and making it a complete headache to work at such a wonderful school. The students do not respect her and can care less if she is there. So it's not suprising to me that there a flaws in her resume. She lacks the ability to me and I know others to be a principle. May God bless that school and the staff cause I thank him for moving me away from that school when he did. BA Cougers I love you and I am praying for the best........
Unprofessional
Profiecient is nothing to brag about, thats a average evaluation here at disd. Maybe you should take a close look in the mirror and see who has the real problem. Ms. Walker is looking for teachers that are outstanding in their teaching skills.
Overlooked Again
Once again, nothing has been done to Susan Walker for lying on her resume, threatening a parent, and continuing to ruin an already ruined school. I find it interesting that two of the only comprehensive high schools in DISD that had a chance of becoming normal and successful were chosen to be run by Anita Hardwick at W.T. White, whose former school Benjamin Franklin was named as one of the worst 42 schools in Texas, and Susan Walker, who was named as principal of Bryan Adams despite numerous more qualified and proven professionals from both inside and outside the district that applied for both of these jobs. Another example is Hillcrest High. Their princpal was principal of the low performing Ben Franklin and was promoted to principal of Hillcrest, also named as one of the worse 42 schools in Texas. Yea, we sure do need to change that title of Claudia Rodriguez to "Chief of Human Capital" or whatever they've changed it to, for she is doing a stellar job of picking the right people for the right jobs isn't she? And let's not forget those use to be Executive Directors and soon to be SENIOR EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS. They too deserve a title change and raise for the stellar job they have all done in their staff selection picks.
Do we ever change titles to like "Kind of Exec. Director" or "Trying to Be Exec. Director" for those who just haven't quite hacked it yet? Why, no, we just give them all a bigger title. It doesn't seem to matter what kind of job they have done. And the sad thing is, "nobody cares." If they did, someone would do something about these atrocities and take hold and stop this nonsense. DISD is the laughing stock of the nation. You can go to any conference anywhere and at least a dozen people will ask you, "What's Hinojosa's ex-girlfriend's title now? Is she Assoc. Supt yet?" No, not yet, but it is just a matter of time. It won't be called that, but the writing is on the wall. Old Dr. D can't hold out too much longer and I'm sure, we will see the Blond G appear right under the old Sup. And by the way, how does Susan Walker's mother who works for Goodsell make over $95,000 a year as a Coordinator? A lot of principals do not even make that much. The old girl doesn't even have that many years. She boasts retirement from Southwestern Medical school every time she speaks. No one can stand her abrasive, know it all attitude. Where does this woman get her power? Can anyone answer this question. Is it just that she is so pitiful that everyone feels sorry for her? If I were her, I could not come to work, knowing how much everyone detests her and her daughter.
the Walker's get their power the same way
that cronies do in any corrupt environment, by MINDLESSLY SUPPORTING THE IDEAS OF THEIR LEADER
If your leader wants to risk the children's lives by pushing a failed abstinence only program, then agree loudly and shout down the opposition
If your leader wants to interject some 'private prayer' into the curriculum, then fold your hands and pray along with them, just trample the Constitution while you are at it
If your leader wants to ignore the plight of bullied children, then just call them all fags and blame the bullying on the victim
See how easy it is, all that it takes is the opportunity to get into a position to support the 'leader' and then a complete lack of ethics to dish out the swill
Underhanded Tactics on Susan Walker?
S.Walker is doing good job, considering the shape the school left and after the previous principle(C. Goodsell) disasterous Unacceptable low rating. hmmmmm How did she get that promotion and Principle of the year.LOL
It seems likely due to previous relationship that Mrs. Beach got her information from the newly promoted C. Goodsell. If you know anything about Dallas Independent school District and the way they give out information this is the only way Mrs. Beach could've received such documents. Mrs. Beach has been played.
It would not surprise me if CG is attending BA promotion parties and pulling the Bryan Adams staff members aside and instructing them on how to torpedo this Walker by calling downtown and writing letters. Don't bother to deny it CG.
CG favorite name to call Ms. Walker is (that THING at Bryan Adams)
I really don't under stand why CG interfering in a school not in her zone.
After all CG handpicked the committee that chose Ms. Walker.
I'm thinking its other people that the superintendent hired as being unprofessional.
[Ed Note: We researched the story, ourselves, and decided it was worthy of publication. Ms. Goodsell was not contacted or consulted since the story was not about her, nor was she part of the decision-making process as far as we could tell.
Folks, we don't make this stuff up. The documents are the actual ones either produced by DISD. Walker's resume is the one she furnished to DISD. There may be a follow-up story coming next week so stay tuned!]
Open Records Request
Anyone can do an Open Records Request. Her resume, certification, school budget/expenses, etc.
Manipulation
I think your article was informative and the people have a right to know their leaders; however, you did not say what type of job Miss Walker is doing now. I know being a prinicipal is a trying test and managing teachers requires patience and mutual respect. In all the things you wrote, you did not once address the job Miss Walker is doing now, nor did the lady who went on her witchhunt address the job Miss Walker is doing now. I know professionals who make mistakes in their resume; some people have done so much and been so many places they don't even want to expend thought on their resumes. It is tiring to them. Nonetheless, I agree that if you are going to apply for a principal position then your resume should be right. However, the people that picked her had reasons for picking her. I would like to know what they are!!! Moreso, after she was picked what type of job has she been doing: teacher complaints, more parents complaining, even the custodian complaints, etc. It is unfortunate about the massage incident, but i know many teachers who seek out massages in their spare times; this is how they cope with the stress. My last point is: the parent who set out on this witchhunt, I would like to see how she reacts if someone did to her with the same persistency the same things she has done to Miss Walker. Then, if the parent still finds her zeal righteous then right a story on that.
[Ed Note: I sort of feel this is irrelevant. If she was hired under less-than-accurate circumstances (in other words: you might not have hired her anyway), then her job performance should really be irrelevant. We really need to get back to "zero" before we can start the clock running forward.]
Anyone can do a PIA Request
Anyone can do a Public Information Request with the District to request resumes, person's work history with the District, among other things. They are government documents.
Word Choice
Pique, my good man, pique--not peak. You've got some basic homophone confusion there at the end of your article. Even if it is just a blog, have a friend proofread your drafts before publishing material online.
Word.
-Bryan Adams English Teacher
[Ed Note: You know... we caught that last week after writing the article. My ADD side, however, prevented me from dealing with it until just now! You are now our official proofreader!]
If I was Susan Walker...
I'd ignore this and keep on trucking. The people at Dallas.org are the same people who are giving Obama issues about his birth certificate. Guess what!!! That cia created clown is still The President.
[Ed Note: Uh oh. Ron's off his meds again :) ... trust me, she will. There are no policy consequences in the District if you happen to be in the "correct" crowd.]
ignorance
RoninMD, we as a society have no hope. If we call Obama a clown, and Bush was a idiot, then what of everyone before them? One thing is certain, we think we as followers are smarter than our leaders, but when as to lead we refuse the responsibility. So who is the clown? The person who stepped forward in good or bad, or the person who stood back as a coward and criticized the person who stepped forward in order to be considered on the same level? Ignorance is sometimes best left quiet. Surely, our next leader(s) will not tie your shoes and wipe your backside either. Only a mother can babysit.
Not surprising.
I am a graduate of Thomas Jefferson H.S. from back in the day (class of '64) when the DISD administrators thought that Thomas Jefferson had something to do with the Confederacy, hence the "T.J. Rebels." I see that someone eventually caught that.
It seems that not much else has improved. All management jobs decided without interviews? Falsified job experience on a resume? No wonder the schools are going down the drain. Suppose the hospital hired your surgeon that way...
The second worst part is that it appears no one will do anything about it. The WORST part is that it's not surprising.
I bet some of your surgeons
I bet some of your surgeons DO get chosen in the same manner.
REASONABLE
Good stuff this blogger puts out. Not bad, I consider him a true investigative reporter whom is needed in the community. Sometimes he puts somewhat at the edge TEA partish stuff on his blog but this is most certainly one of his better moments.
If it were a teacher then no big deal but a the leader of the students and teachers, custodians, and coaches well different story. A principal can be a manager or an academic leader. Most of these people who are like this are typically not academic leaders. It is reasonable that she should be exposed.
[Ed Note: Thanks for the accolades. TEA party?]
She thinks you and I are one and the same.
Actually the TEA party has been taken over by republicans. The tea party no longer stands for the same things that it did when it started out.
If the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land why do they allow agencies (federal, state, and local) to violate your rights every chance they get.
Ruby Ridge folks, Waco Seige ... they did it in the guise of protecting children. No children were saved. In fact, a number of them died at agent hands.
a student
how can she be teaching us not to lie when she lie on her principal? i thought we was supposed to be honest here at the school and this not honest.
EXACTLY!!
As a community member who has been offended by DISD I can see that she "was" at 2 campus' at the same time. Aside from her "stellar" professional placement at Truett, she was also employed in her other position as High School Substitute.
You see it is quiet apparent this resume is "fluffed"! That is why she is a qualified administrator, by DISD standards. They are all lying fools and will do anything to cheat and get away with it.
My question is,where was Leigh Ann Ellis at the point of this placement? Why did the trustee at the time not be involved with this assignment, especially since that is her home campus and all?
[Ed Note: I vaguely remember that she was opposed to hiring Walker and favored another candidate but I don't recall the details. I'll try to find out.]
Whitewash
All OPR does is whitewash and justify Hinojosas stupid decisions. Why does the board put up with them?
[Ed Note: My philosophy has been to re-align OPR to report directly to the Board of Trustees--similar to an auditor position. Give the Board the ability to remove employees, and much of the problems you're seeing will go away. Trouble is, I don't know if Texas law would be on their side.
Jack Lowe put it very succinctly last night. He said his philosophy is that everything's outcome-based. The Board needs to give Hinojosa the "outcome" and then approve the things he wants to do to get there.
The trouble is, Hinojosa isn't held to any outcome, and there are no consequences for the District's failures.
If the Board could start reducing administrative salaries, that would get people's attention.
Unfortunately it would likely take modifying Texas law to be able to do that.]
I am flabbergasted by the
I am flabbergasted by the negativity of this blog. My child is a student at Bryan Adams and I have to say we are very pleased with Ms. Walker and her team. Ms. Walker and her team put in many late nights, but people are focusing on her leaving early a few times? Are you kidding me with this? When prelimainary taks results came in, she and another teacher spent the entire weekend reviewing and analyzing the data. I have been told by a faculty member that has been there for several years that the moral among the teachers is the highest it has been in years. At the Cougar Kickoff this past Wednesday, parents were commenting on the obvious increase in the number of students involved in the sport teams and the increase in school spirit. The evening ended with the entire group of students piled on and around the stage singing the alma mater. That may sound trivial to some but considering the fact that in years past most kids left as the alma mater was being sung or were so unruly you couldn't even hear it..... Test scores are higher, morale is better and students are happier. I think Ms. Walker's diligence, enthusiam and energy have influenced the entire school in a very positive way.
I truly do not understand what Ms. Beach hopes to gain from her continuing attempts to thwart anything positive occuring at Bryan Adams. I will say she did the same thing at Hill and Hexter. Bryan Adams has great teachers and a great team of administrators. What Bryan Adams really needs is the community's support, this is afterall, our neighborhood school!
[Ed Note: I am aware that Ms. Walker has a few supporters among the parents and teachers at Bryan Adams. However, that doesn't change the fact that she did all this. Also, as a supporter, you're certainly free to excuse any behavior you wish. Be aware that there are some who believe that putting false statements on one's resume should certainly raise red flags--if not be outright cause for termination.]
I am flabbergasted...
...Pleased with being academically unacceptable! Way to go Bryan Adams Parents!!! Pleased with seemingly lying leadership and administrators that uphold and practice that type of corruption.
I am flabbergasted too
What would they do if a Dallas Fireman falsified his records? Would that be any different?
no not any different.
The point is moot if the lier is good at their job. I'd rather have a fireman who lied on their resume yet was the most successful fire-putter-outer than the firefighter that was truthful but didn't know how to turn on the hose.
seems to me
Ms. Beach is merely trying to get people to their job. Plain and simple. If nothing else, she should be praised for standing up and asking the tough questions. Like most professions, there are protocols and steps to becoming an administrator...and lying on your resume should at the very least call for a demotion if not termination. DISD needs more parents like Ms. Beach. Maybe if we did, our district wouldn't be continually under scrutiny and people wouldn't get away with lying and not doing their job as often as they do.
And as a parent who has worked alongside Ms. Beach at PTA functions at Hexter, I don't recall any "same thing" that she did. I have no comment as to what happened at Hill since my children do not attend Hill. But on a personal level, I don't find her to be a vindictive person, just a person who expects a person to do what they say they are going to do. She is a lifetime PTA member, and has given countless hours of volunteer time through the years. The fact that your principal was not following through with simple commitments and following simple protocol raised red flags and showed her inexperience, thus causing people to ask questions.
But you just keep on singing your alma mater...
No. No. No. Beach got
No. No. No.
Beach got lucky having found a couple of discrepancies on the resume of a woman she's been terrorizing for an entire school year. I witnessed first-hand many the things that Walker bullet-pointed in her response, and Ms Beach needs to be heavily medicated. Period.
Get a life, and for God's sake, transfer your son so that the staff, parents and students at Bryan Adams can continue to improve their school.
[Ed Note: Yes. Yes. Yes. Beach was completely right on this one. There is no excuse for a public official to have lied on a resume.]
Is that why Bill Betzen is boasting about being better
Did you see how the Southern sector is putting the north Dallas schools to shame.
Better is referenced to being worse than..... it is still AU!
Just give them more money and it will get even mo'betta
Susan Walker
Fudging dates on a resume - you're either stupid or lying. Either should disqualify you from being the top administrator at an educational institution.
her mom
Her mom works for DISD??? What does her mom do?
[Ed Note: She's some administrator on some campus (I forget where). She's not an area superintendent or anything like that.]
Her mother
Her mother was Dr. Ryans assitant for sometime. Check out your facts. She has some of the same problems at Junkins. I bet the teacher morale is not what you think it is.
Immaterial?
I know OPR says it is immaterial but you have to wonder what the hiring committee would have done if they had known. Would they have still hired her? Not immaterial in my book.
[Ed Note: You hit on a great question and a core tenet of the issue: would things have turned out differently had they known? That's something that the OPR report can't answer can it? I don't know if the job was "wired" in the first place or if it was a legitimate search.
I don't know about you, but it seems to me that Walker was pretty light on experience for being placed as a principal at an academically unacceptable school.
But I don't hold myself out to be an expert on hiring principals.
I'm just wary of the process because of the shenanigans that seem to have been played here.
Good catch though.]
Immaterial
The hiring Committee results would have been the same. All management jobs are decided on before the interviews. Some hires are allowed to make up the questions so they will score the highest on the "test". Nothing new here.
